Jason Burk, Managing Partner | Director of Development
Jason Burk is a seasoned real estate developer and investor with more than 20 years of experience across the Tulsa and Dallas markets. He began his career acquiring and repositioning distressed single-family properties throughout Tulsa, building a strong foundation in value-driven investing.
Over time, Jason expanded into commercial real estate, leading strategic repositioning projects that have delivered exceptional returns. He has also partnered with established firms such as Kanbar Properties in Downtown Tulsa and JW Nutritional in Texas, further strengthening his track record across diverse asset classes.
Since 2017, Jason has successfully developed more than 550 acres into single-family subdivisions in North Dallas, generating over $28 million in lot sales. He has since focused his development efforts back in the Tulsa market, where he continues to identify and execute high-impact opportunities.
Today, Jason owns and manages an extensive portfolio of single-family and multifamily assets across multiple markets. With deep expertise in construction, acquisitions, and entitlements, he leads King Development Group with vision, discipline, and a commitment to delivering strong results for investors.

Josh Kelter, Partner | Business Development
Josh Keltner is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, and land development. Beginning his career in banking, he later founded Concrete Solutions Inc. and built a diverse real estate portfolio now valued at nearly $30 million. Over the years, Josh has acquired and managed hundreds of properties, with expertise in acquisitions, portfolio growth, and development strategy. Having rebuilt stronger after the 2008 financial crisis, he brings resilience, discipline, and faith to his role at King Building & Development, where he focuses on investor relations, capital strategy, and aligning opportunities with long-term returns. Josh’s entrepreneurial background, coupled with his deep understanding of both finance and construction, gives him the ability to identify value where others may overlook it, creating powerful opportunities for growth and impact.
Brandy Salazar, Partner | Entitlements & Operations
Brandy Salazar is an accomplished developer and investor with more than 25 years of experience leading residential and commercial projects. She has overseen $150M+ in developments, scaled a $200M investment platform, and specializes in zoning, entitlement, and operational leadership. Known for bringing clarity and efficiency to complex projects, Brandy has transformed underperforming assets into high-value opportunities while building systems that position developments for long-term growth. A best-selling author and consultant, she is guided by faith, integrity, and stewardship, values that define her leadership at King Building & Development and her commitment to building lasting communities. Brandy’s passion for collaboration and her ability to align municipal needs with builder demands make her a trusted leader in delivering successful projects and sustainable investor returns.
